Overview

We do not accept refunds unless you ordered a customized tumbler and there has been a mistake on my part (wrong color or misspelled name). If this were to happen you will be asked to send the tumbler back and once I receive the tumbler back you will receive your new one. If you are truly unhappy with your order please contact me!
